Elio Leoni Sceti, 42, was born and educated in Rome and started his career in 1988 as a brand manager at Procter & Gamble before moving to Reckitt Benckiser in 1992 as a category manager.
He eventually rose through the ranks to become an Executive Vice President at Reckitt Benckiser and a key player in the growth of the company.
Elio has recently been appointed the Chief Executive of EMI Music. His impressive career achievements and distinguished leadership qualities are expected to bring about a dynamic business transformation to the music group.
