Ispani is a youth development TV show, where unemployed youth are placed in various companies and put through various tasks, and depending on how they do they will either be put through more on the job training, get an internship or be fully employed.

My role as Career Coach on the show is to give feedback on how the takes were handles, as well as give information to the youth watching about the careers showcased, what they would need to study to get into the field and the different aspects of the career in question. The show began August 2011 after I got back from One Young World Zurich.

As a Life Coach my aim was always to share tools and knowledge with the youth, but Coaching being as expensive as it is, I couldn't reach the number of people I wanted to. This show leverages on my media profile and creates the perfect platform to engage with South Africas' youth.
