I am passionate about

As someone who has lived through mental illness, I'm most engaged in giving mental illness a voice and taking back the misinformed narrative about mental health. In so doing, I am passionate about creating and scaling sustainable and innovative mental health solutions because I believe building a better world will require a world that properly understands the importance of mental wellness for everyone.

Actions

I have created the first privately held 24/7 mental health helpline which has impacted over 500 people and averted over 45 cases of suicide. I initiated the only monthly mental health support group that has been running for 2 years and now operates on 5 states across Nigeria. About 450 women have registered for Safe Place support group and benefitted from free or subsidised mental healthcare in Nigeria.
