-I own a wellness company, we employ women with no degree and that have a difficult situation finding employment. After that they go through a training process and get a career path. The company started out in 2015 and one of the women that has been with us since the beginning is now a store manager and manages a team of 4 people. -Worked with Corewomen and WEnyc in New York City, mentoring hispanic women about financial literacy, entrepreneurship and leadership so they were able to start and maintain their businesses.
