Interpeace Programme- working with strategic populations in the ontext of the conflict who are considered "spoilers of peace". Discovering the potential of the moderate religous leadership to be a part of long term solutions rather than always being considered as part of the "problem". I am sure that acheiving long term sustainable solutions require talking and engaging with the ones who are your worst enemies, if we keep conviencing echother we will not reach great results. 

Rwanda "WEACTx" Youth Programme- I worked in Kigali for a very long time and learned from the most incredible youth I have met the power of creating anew nerrative after an atrocity.
