One Young World unites Candidates, Delegates and Ambassadors with a range of stakeholders including the world leaders who act as One Young World Counsellors during the Summit and the Delegate Champions, who back the young leaders to attend One Young World and join the growing movement of One Young World participants leading positive change around the globe.
Candidate: has completed a registration application that has been approved. Their profile is uploaded to the One Young World website, where they can seek sponsorship to attend.
Delegate: a Candidate whose sponsorship has been paid and who will attend the Summit.
Ambassador: has attended a One Young World Summit as a delegate. All delegates graduate as Ambassadors at the Closing Ceremony.
Delegate Partner or Supporter: Organisation or individual that funds delegate places by either nominating their own employees or young leaders known to them, or by selecting approved Candidates.
Counsellors: Leaders from around the world with an interest in young future leaders. They lend their global stature to the views being expressed by the delegates, counsel them on creating positive change and inspire them.
