Kayode founded an online mentoring platform to connect young job-seekers (either unemployed or looking for a change) to speak to and get advice from established professionals. Mentor Connect has been running for just under a year and has already paired 19 young ‘protégés’ in Nigeria with 19 mentors internationally. A similar service would cost $254 a year and offers a similar mentorship programme, CV and LinkedIn advice and online seminars.
