At the 2011 Summit in Zurich, delegates and Ambassadors identified, voted upon and approved a series of Resolutions and Calls to Action related to each of the six key impact areas, which were established at the previous year's Summit in London.
The six impact areas are featured in the tabs below, along with details of the numbers of people impacted by the work of Ambassadors in those areas between the 2011 Summit (September 2011) and the following Summit in October 2012.
