The Action Accelerator is One Young World’s flagship programme designed to help Ambassadors transform their post-summit ideas into real, scalable impact. The Accelerator supports participants through core modules, interactive sessions, offline resources, exclusive mentorship and a final Practice Pitch Competition.

The Action Accelerator equips young leaders with tools to design, launch, and grow sustainability initiatives addressing the world’s most urgent challenges from climate action and inclusive education to sustainable business models and human rights advocacy.

Through the Action Accelerator, I got the tools and knowledge to launch our program amongst all of my company’s 270,000 staff worldwide. I was also inspired to set up my own charity and host training programmes outside of my organisation.
