Strength of Our Roots
Indigenous Approaches to Mental Health
In partnership with our 2024 Kokoro Ambassadors, we explored how Indigenous communities are revitalising traditional knowledge to strengthen mental wellbeing for future generations. Working closely with the Kokoro team from the outset, we built a communications plan to amplify their impact and showcase their work as a case study. Through preparatory interviews with their Delegation, we focused on a vital question: as non-Indigenous people, how can we share Indigenous knowledge responsibly and ensure mental health services are culturally sensitive? This journey culminated in a powerful filming experience during our Summit in Montréal/Tiohtià:ke.
Indigenous Youth Rising
In September, 2024, we celebrated our first Indigenous Youth Day in Montréal/Tiohtià:ke, a celebration of Indigenous youth movements shaping a more just, inclusive world through resilience, creativity, and leadership. This mini-documentary shows the learnings gathered during this very special day, and serves as an urgent call to action for world leaders to work with Indigenous leaders in their day-to-day agenda.

Driving Climate Action Forward
We went to COP28 to spotlight how our young leaders are driving climate action in their fields. From renewable energy to policy and innovation, meet the changemakers fighting tirelessly to protect our planet and humanity’s future. With 28+ events inside the official UN conference, 11 events open to the public, and over 55 One Young World Ambassadors on the ground, this video captures our mission in action: proving why young leaders must be at the forefront of tackling climate change—and every major global challenge.
