Social enterprise is booming in Thailand. With more than 120,000 social entrepreneurs running businesses valued at $27 billion, the country is recognised as one of the most sophisticated social entrepreneurship ecosystems in East Asia.

One Young World prides itself on supporting and promoting the work of social entrepreneurs. The theme has formed a major part of each One Young World Summit and there are more than 400 active social entrepreneurs in the global Ambassador network.

In the lead up to the 2015 Summit in Bangkok, One Young World and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration are partnering to find and support Thailand's most promising young social entrepreneurs.

Through the BMA Social Business Challenge 100 budding Thai social entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to take part in a unique social business training camp and attend the One Young World Summit 2015 as delegates.
