Life Academy is a social organisation that aims to empower young people in secondary schools between the ages of 12 and 18 through digital self-care, self-esteem, communication, resilience, and life goals.

These workshops have been designed by the Life Academy team that has been involved in leadership workshops around the world: Initiatives Of Change, Mandela Mile Leadership Program, One Young World, Yunus & Youth, Tony Robbins, among others.

The methodology was built during the immersion of the Youth Peace Security Programme at Columbia University.

Over the last few years, the workshops have shown a 91% effectiveness in reducing suicidal tendencies.
