Jack Bruner

Jack is the Co-Founder of Mammoth Climate. Mammoth's mission is to empower companies to achieve their climate goals by mobilizing the workforce. The team at Mammoth believe that the fight against climate change will be won from the bottom up, and bring expertise to the problem area in corporate sustainability and behavioural science.

Felix Wolfensberger

After completing an internship in sales at IBM, I started my bachelor's degree in economics in parallel to work-study student position in IT consulting at IBM. I then moved on from an Global Enterprise to a Swiss SMB. Once again as an intern in the Account Management at UMB. After six months I was promoted to the Business Development as a full time employee and after three years I took over the team until it had grown to almost 30 employees. From this we formed a unit, which I led for another six months until I was appointed to the executive board as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at the age of 32.

Dr. Patricia Widmer

Patricia Widmer studied business administration at the University of Zurich with an emphasis on banking and finance and worked for several years in private banking for a large Swiss bank.
During her subsequent time abroad in the US and Germany, she held leadership positions with several charity organizations.
Patricia was worked for the University of St. Gallen for close to 9 years, where she was Vice-Director and member of the senior management team at the Executive School and where she established and developed various executive education programmes.
Furthermore, she facilitates and moderates workshops as well as keynotes about Learning and Development, Leadership, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion . She wrote her dissertation about “Gender Disparity on Top of Companies”.
In addition, she holds several non-executive positions and is founder and managing partner of Aalto AG – fostering organizational and professional happiness.
Emily Seelig

Emily Seelig has been serving as the global Head of Business Excellence for Siemens Smart Infrastructure Regional Solutions & Services since October 2021. In this capacity, she leads a team dedicated to driving sales effectiveness, workforce transformation, and customer excellence to enhance both customer and employee experiences.
Before assuming her role in Business Excellence, Emily held various positions at Siemens in the Middle East, including Head of Program Management for Siemens' Expo 2020 Dubai Premier Partnership and as a Strategy and Business Development Consultant. In these roles, she was responsible for regional sustainability topics, key account management, project management, thought leadership, and partnership development.
Emily joined Siemens in 2015 after earning her Bachelor's Degree in International Banking and Finance, as well as International Economics, from Franklin University Switzerland.
Stephan Mario
Head of Philanthropy Diversification and Impact, Doctors without Borders (MSF)

Mario Stephan is currently the Head of Philanthropy Diversification and Impact for Médecins Sans Frontières based out of Geneva-Switzerland. He brings today over 19 years’ experience in the Aid sector, with more than half of it dedicated to philanthropy and building partnerships.
Mario’s experience encompasses a wide variety of roles, from field work to leadership and executive roles, with several international organisations. In the course of his career, Mario has lived and worked in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Afghanistan, Somalia, Egypt, and the UAE. Mario also held regional positions covering eastern and southern Africa, the MENA region, and the Gulf.
In the years leading to his present appointment, Mario was the founding director of Arabian Perspectives, a consultancy firm providing expertise and knowledge on the Arab World to the relief and development sectors, and the Executive Director for Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)’s UAE regional office from 2018 to 2022.
Since 2013, Mario has been involved in different governance roles, from regular member to secretary to chairman. He also joined advisory boards of Gulf universities and foundations, bridging the gap with the Aid & Relief sector. He sits currently on the board of Greenpeace- Middle East and North Africa.
Mario speaks Arabic, English, French and Spanish, and holds a Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration from the KEDGE business school (Bordeaux, France), a professional trainer accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (London, United Kingdom), and Mentor accreditation at Senior Practitioner Level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Kay von Mérey
President & Co-founder, Circle of Young Humanitarians
Bio
Kay von Mérey grew up in Zurich, Switzerland, dedicating her early years to volunteer work with the Austrian Red Cross and a hospital in Ecuador. She completed her studies in International Relations at the University of St. Gallen before joining the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva.
During her traineeship at the ICRC in 2020, Kay observed that many young people in Switzerland felt disconnected from humanitarian organizations and their missions. To bridge this gap, she co-founded the Circle of Young Humanitarians (CYH) in the spring of 2021, in collaboration with the ICRC, serving as its president.
The CYH aims to engage young people with humanitarian issues, enhancing their understanding of challenges in war and crisis situations. Today, the organization boasts 40 dedicated members and has impacted the community through campaigns and events involving over 2,000 participants, producing 14 publications, and launching numerous social media calls to action.
In addition to her leadership at the CYH, Kay is just about to finish her dual master's degree in International Relations and CEMS International Management at the University of St. Gallen.
David Habluetzel

I am David Habluetzel, professional snowboarder and three-time Olympian. Despite some successes, I have also experienced numerous low lows due to serious injuries and several operations. In my daily pursuit of peak performance in sport, I have come to realize the importance of mental health. The absence of it was often the reason for further painful injuries, both physical and mental.
Mental wellbeing is the foundation for sustainable success, both professionally and personally. Top performance can only work if you are physically and mentally in top condition. I would like to share the experience I have gained in order to provide insights from high-performance sport.

Dr. Lukas Schertel

With a PhD in physics from University of Zurich and a research career in photonics and biomaterials at University of Cambridge, Lukas decided to turn his efforts on impactful entrepreneurship and co-founded Seprify AG, a leader in innovatiove material solutions from cellulose.
He is now leading a team of 15+ people and has raised over CHF 10m in funding to bring Seprify's cellulose white pigment to large scale markets.
Tom Crowther
Ecologist, Crowther Lab | ETH Zurich
Bio
Thomas Crowther is a Welsh ecologist in the department of Global Ecosystem Ecology at ETH Zurich, where he founded Crowther Lab, an interdisciplinary group of scientists studying global ecosystems and generating knowledge to protect biodiversity and address climate change.
He serves as chair of the advisory board of the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration and chief scientific advisor to the UN’s Trillion Trees Campaign.
