TeachSurfing is an initiative founded by OYW Ambassadors Miganoush Magarian and Gretta Hohl, and is a platform that connects individuals with hundreds of local communities, non-profit and educational organizations where they can share their knowledge over workshops and talks.

TeachSurfing has recently created the Young Volunteer Educators e-Learning Program (e-VELP), which is an Erasmus+ European project (2019-2022) which enables young people with migrant/refugee background to offer high quality workshops and share their knowledge, skills, and culture with local communities and organisations. Its aim is to create and expand an active community of passionate youth Volunteer Educators (VEs), Volunteer Educator Trainers (VE-Trainers), and Host Organisations by the end of 2021. The online learning program will start on 15th of November and applications are now open for participants from Germany, Romania, Italy, Lithuania and Cyprus.
