Dubai Expo awards 2 OYW Ambassadors with top prizes

But the concept has helped One Young World Ambassador Tariq Al-Olaimy to win a major financial grant at Dubai’s Expo Live, where he was rewarded for his vision in encouraging companies and governments to treat nature as a stakeholder and active partner in development projects.

OYW-inspired sustainability campaign wins 3 Grand Prix Awards at Cannes Lions

The Palau Pledge, a campaign co-initiated by OYW Ambassador Nicolle Fagan, swept the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity awards, winning 3 Grand Prix.

A favourite to win big in Cannes, the Pledge received the Titanium Grand Prix, the inaugural Sustainable Development Goals Grand Prix created in partnership with the United Nations , and a Grand Prix in the Direct category.
