In her role as Chief People and Sustainability Officer (CPSO), Member of the Managing Board, and Labor Director at Siemens AG, Judith Wiese shapes the future of work for more than 300,000 people at Siemens and beyond, while driving sustainability – for customers, planet and society, and the company's own operations. She studied at the universities of Rotterdam, Muenster and Duisburg/Essen, holds an MBA and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School. Judith joined Siemens in 2020, bringing more than 20 years of leadership across multinational corporations, including DSM N.V. and Mars Inc.
