Cyrielle is a consultant in Social Innovation for Deloitte and she leads the Pro Bono Programmes at the Deloitte France Foundation.
Cyrielle studied business at HEC Paris Business School, and public affairs at Sciences Po Paris. At HEC, she participated in the Social Business / Enterprise and Poverty Certificate programme. During her master’s thesis and an internship in Cameroon, she developed a particular interest for entrepreneurship as a tool for economic empowerment in underprivileged areas.
She has been working at Deloitte for seven years on economic development projects, major events and social innovation. She is convinced that companies such as Deloitte can play an essential role in tackling societal problems, along with public authorities, NGOs and social entrepreneurs.
Cyrielle developed mentoring programs for social entrepreneurs at Deloitte France.
Cyrielle has mentored social entrepreneurs through the Deloitte France Foundation for several years, in diverse fields such as education, solar energy, health and solidarity-based finance.
After becoming a One Young World Ambassador in 2016, she set up partnerships with social business incubators and business schools. She is now the head of the programs dedicated to social entrepreneurs and NGOs at the Deloitte France Foundation. She builds new programs and she mobilises Deloitte professionals as mentors, to share their large range of skills (market studies, business plans, presentations to investors…). For three years, the Deloitte France professionals mentored or participated in workshops for around 200 entrepreneurs, members of NGOs and students, involving around 300 Deloitte professionals in France.
