Jeff held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Virgin Media from June 2019 to May 2021, after re-joining the company in May 2017 as Managing Director of Virgin Mobile. He had previously spent five years at Virgin Media, including as Chief Marketing Officer.

Jeff sits on the board of the disability equality organisation, The Valuable 500, and he is a Non-Executive Director of the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

Jeff spent two years living and working in the Netherlands as the CEO of the telecoms business Tele2, where he oversaw the build and launch of their 4G mobile network and previously held executive roles at Callaway Golf and Honda.
