Akinyi awora

Akinyi Awora is a systems designer and social innovation strategist. She is the Co-Founder and President of Kadana Foundation and the creator of the DALE Framework (Design–Adapt–Learn–Evolve), a systems operating model enabling communities to negotiate power, trace value, and build self-resourced solutions in post-aid contexts. With over a decade of experience across education, climate justice, livelihoods, and governance, Akinyi works at the intersection of community systems design, policy influence, and youth leadership across Africa. She is currently serving as East Africa Coordinating Ambassador for One Young World.
