CEO of Propolina

Amira Affaf Bellil, Algerian, 26 years old, a state engineer in biotechnology with a specialization in pharmaceutical biotechnology.

I am the CEO of the company Propolina, which specializes in the valorization and transformation of Algerian bee and medicinal, aromatic plant treasures for the production of natural health, beauty, and well-being products. Additionally, I am an instructor; I have trained hundreds of young Algerian women with the aim of empowering them and assisting them in establishing their own projects and brands. These training programs cover various fields, including apiculture, dermo-cosmetics, soap making, aromatherapy, oils extraction, as well as entrepreneurial skills.

I have also conducted numerous conferences and workshops at different Algerian universities, sharing my entrepreneurial knowledge with young individuals and motivating them to create their own startups. My areas of intervention frequently encompass biotechnology, technology, and sustainable development goals. I have received several awards both on a national and international level, and I have taken part in various programs and been involved with multiple incubators. All of this has contributed to my accumulated experience, which I share with the youth of my country to encourage them.
