I am Arthur Mugisha, residing in Burundi. Born in 1991 in Bujumbura, the economic capital town, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Management and Administration from the Lumiere University of Bujumbura.
As a motivated and industrious individual, my passion lies in empowering and transforming lives, particularly among the younger generation. Currently, I hold dual roles as an Entrepreneur and the Executive Director of YBSP Burundi (Youth Building in Synergy to End Poverty).
Additionally, I am the Founder and Chairman of the board of ICIBARE C'URWARUKA, a Village Community Bank (VICOBA), which caters to both young people and adults, with over 70% of its members being under 30 years old.
In 2022, I initiated the ICIBARE Savings and Credit Allocation program to foster entrepreneurial growth within our organization.
