María Claudia Tarazona is a Colombian lawyer, political strategist, and speaker, and the wife of Miguel Uribe Turbay, the Colombian senator and One Young World Ambassador who was assassinated in 2025. Since his death, she has become a public voice for resilience, democracy, and unity in Colombia.

For fourteen years, she led Miguel's political strategy, communications, and press management, and managed his three electoral campaigns, including the 2022 campaign that made him the most-voted senator in Colombia's recent history. She also served for eight years as Executive Director of a commercial and corporate law firm in Bogotá. She holds a law degree from Universidad Sergio Arboleda and is completing a Master's in Public Administration at Universidad de La Sabana.
