Diana Virgovicova is the CEO of Xatoms.
Xatoms uses its proprietary AI discovery engine, which combines quantum chemistry with machine learning, to discover breakthrough materials - photocatalysts - for water purification that eliminate specific water contaminants such as including bacteria, viruses, and pesticides, with the activation of any light source - including sunlight - to purify water without the need for harsh chemicals. They work with agricultural producers and vertical farms through pilot programmes to help farms reuse treated water safely.
As CEO, Diana led the development of Xatoms' eight patent-pending photocatalyst materials using AI and quantum tools, and now leads strategy, partnerships, and fundraising, ensuring Xatoms has the vision (and funding) to scale.
