Emre Caglar has a strong passion for youth empowerment through project-based and experiential learning. He is the Executive Director of NPO Youth For Future, a nonprofit organisation in Japan that empowers children in orphanages and other disadvantaged communities. Through passion projects and resilience-building camp programs, the organisation supports self-discovery and fosters independence among youth.
Furthermore, leveraging his experience of starting a nonprofit as a high school student, Emre launched a new initiative called RISE, which runs experiential learning camps for students aged 10–15 in Japan. Through immersive camps and mentorship, RISE empowers students to explore real social issues and develop their own social impact initiatives, becoming compassionate, responsible, and proactive changemakers.
