Growing up, I saw talented women around me — sisters, friends, peers — who were passionate about beauty, fashion, or lifestyle, yet lacked the tools and resources to turn that passion into a livelihood. This reality shaped my conviction: technology can be more than innovation, it can be empowerment. Over the past years, I have created and led several technology-driven initiatives. Among them, the most impactful is Tuzzo, a digital platform designed to empower women influencers to transform their passion into sustainable income. Tuzzo addresses a fundamental problem: across Africa and beyond, millions of women are active on social media, creating content, building communities, and influencing culture, yet very few are able to monetize this influence in a structured, reliable way. Many face barriers such as lack of access to partnerships, absence of digital literacy, and limited recognition of their value.
