Felix Wolfensberger is a technology and growth leader with a strong entrepreneurial background and a proven track record in Swiss IT services. Felix is CEO of Mesoneer AG and Co-Founder of CRBNX Inc., focusing on scalable, impact-driven solutions, and co-founded SportNexus in 2025 to extend his entrepreneurial work at the intersection of digital transformation, sustainability, and sport into community- and performance-oriented platforms.
Previously, Felix spent nearly 11 years at UMB AG, progressing from Account Manager to Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Executive Board member. He led go-to-market strategy, brand and demand generation, and major client engagements, driving sustained growth through high-performing teams and strategic partnerships. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Advisory Consultant at IBM, building a strong foundation in enterprise technology and consulting.
A long-standing supporter of One Young World Switzerland, Felix was a delegate at the first National Congress in 2021 and a speaker at the 2024 National Congress in Zürich, actively contributing to the organisation’s development and engagement with Swiss SMEs.
Joining the Switzerland National Board in 2026, Felix brings a pragmatic, results-driven approach to leadership, with strengths in partnerships, scaling programmes, venture building, and community engagement—mobilising cross-sector collaboration to amplify youth-led impact across Switzerland.
