Junior Devys Convolbo is the Founder of E-Chips, a West African snack company that transforms local crops such as plantains and sweet potatoes into healthy, affordable snacks. He holds a degree in Finance and Business Administration, having consistently ranked top of his class throughout his academic journey. While still a student, he launched E-Chips with the mission to reduce post-harvest losses and empower smallholder farmers through sustainable agro-processing. His work bridges local impact and scalable innovation, contributing to food security and inclusive growth in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal.
