Larissa Crawford is a Métis and Jamaican researcher, policy advisor, and climate justice and anti-racism advocate with over 16 years of experience. She has led initiatives from youth advisory councils and international policy negotiations to founding a library in Ghana. A former government advisor, Larissa founded Future Ancestors Services in 2020 to champion decolonisation, accessibility, and sustainability in work. Named by Complex Canada as a cultural leader to watch, she uplifts diverse entrepreneurs globally. A young disabled mother, Larissa, is also an avid rock climber and nature enthusiast based in Kananaskis Country on traditional Indigenous territories.
