Milena Silveira

Milena Silveira is the Coordinating Ambassador of One Young World Brazil. She works in HR governance and process improvement, with a strong focus on psychological safety, collaboration, and building high-performing communities. Milena is passionate about leadership development and creating spaces where people feel safe to grow, contribute, and belong.
Outside of work, she is a long-distance runner and an avid reader, and believes deeply in intentional action, wellbeing, and the power of collective effort. She has contributed to cultural and social impact initiatives such as the LOBA Festival, supporting women in literature, and enjoys connecting strategy with people-centred impact. Through One Young World, Milena hopes to strengthen Brazil’s young leader ecosystem and foster meaningful connections that lead to lasting impact.
