Mina Kerols served recently as a visiting lecturer at several universities and a mentor to startups in addition to his previous role as a teacher assistant and the Entrepreneurship Advisor of university competitions like Hult prize South Valley.
Prior to that role, he was the senior training officer at a nonprofit organization, freelance trainer of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and public speaker at entrepreneurship events of Egyptian Universities. This is besides his role as the business advisor and Public Relations Committee member at Egypt scholars organization.
He studied MSc's of Intellectual Properties and Creativity Management from The National Institute for Intellectual Property Rights at Helwan University in 2023. He has publications and articles in the field of improving the entrepreneurship Eco-system in Egypt. His research interest extends to the areas of business process management in startups, simulation of business processes and their applications, process optimization, intellectual properties in entrepreneurship, e-commerce, and e-government.
He did several interviews with Nile TV, CTV, and Egyptian radio about the role of entrepreneurship in job creation, the relationship between entrepreneurship and scientific research, how to make a graduation project a startup, youth empowerment, and the startups' role in enhancing the Egyptian economy.
