Najma is an International Programme Advisor at the Office of the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales, where she works on the organisation’s international programme. The programme promotes Wales as a globally responsible nation, showcasing the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act on the world stage.
Najma also supports the implementation of equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation. She is passionate about advancing equality in Wales and promoting global responsibility through collaboration and shared learning.
Najma is a member of the British Council’s Wales Advisory Panel and a Director at Ffair Jobs CIC.
