Nilufar Muradova

Nilufar is a consultant at A1 Project and founder of iCode in Tajikistan, an initiative developing technical and digital skills for youth, especially girls. She previously served as Director of American Space Dushanbe and Local Lead for NASA's Space Apps Challenge, coordinating programs engaging over 30,000 young people annually across nine cities.
She has managed over 1,000 programs focused on innovation-driven education and economic opportunities. Notable achievements include co-founding the internationally recognized iCode Bootcamp for Girls and leading Tajikistan's first NASA Space Apps Challenge victory in 2023.
Named a Top 30 Young Leader of Central Asia under 30 by the U.S. State Department in 2022, Nilufar actively advocates for educational access as a speaker and mentor at international forums, dedicated to helping people pursue their dreams.
