Rebecca is the founder of Eden Consultancy NI and an award-winning specialist in neurodiversity and children’s mental health. A former specialist teacher, she holds an MSc in Psychological Science from Queen’s University Belfast, where she researched the overlap between anxiety and autism. Rebecca equips educators, parents, and professionals with practical tools, through training to help children flourish. She has hosted sold-out conferences, one delving into the topic of Autism and mental health and supports families all over the country of Ireland.
She is the host of the Eden Equips podcast, a regular radio contributor, and has delivered international training for educators in Cyprus. Her awards include Young Business Woman of the Year 2025 and FSB Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2024.
At the heart of everything Rebecca does is a desire to create a more neuroaffirming, inclusive, and understanding world for every child and young person.
