Robert Mills-Lamptey, from the Ga Lante Djanwe clan in Accra, Ghana, is a social impact leader dedicated to youth empowerment, climate action, and grassroots development in underserved Indigenous communities. He is Partnerships and Campaigns Lead at Mayekoo, a platform connecting African social impact organisations with sustainable funding, and leads the Coastal Restoration Initiative, restoring ecosystems and empowering coastal communities as climate advocates. Previously, at United Way Ghana, he advanced youth and women’s empowerment, disaster response, and anti-trafficking programs. Passionate about inclusion, Robert champions youth leadership and Indigenous resilience as central to building sustainable futures.
