As AstraZeneca’s senior manager of Global Community Investment, Roos focuses on the company's Young Health Programme, which educates and empowers young people worldwide to take control of their health. In partnership with more than 60 non-profits—including UNICEF and Plan International—across 40 countries, Roos champions advocacy initiatives that put adolescent health on the local, national, and global policy agenda.
Prior to this, Roos held a number of positions at global public relations agency, Edelman, where she advised clients on the intersection of sustainability and health and spent over half a decade at Pfizer in social and environmental sustainability.
Roos holds a Master in Sustainability Transition Management from The University of Bologna, a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from The University of Sussex and The University of Cambridge Sustainable Business Management course.
