Salem Ghanam

Salem is a mechatronics engineer with management and industrial engineering expertise, dedicated to developing sustainable agricultural robotics solutions that reduce the carbon footprint of farming and promote eco-friendly practices. He works to raise technology awareness among small farmers, enabling them to adopt innovative tools that improve productivity and sustainability. As Co-Founder & CEO of AgriCan, he has led projects in pesticide spraying robots, crop transportation systems, and agricultural data collection devices. His work has reached 15 farms, scanning over 5,350 acres. He has been recognized in Forbes Middle East 30 Under 30 and achieved first place ranking in Egypt through the National Smart Green Initiative in partnership with the United Nations .
