Shirene Yaseen

Shirene Yaseen, Founder of Arabic Mate, is a displaced entrepreneur from Gaza now based in Egypt. She documents humanitarian crises and leads Arabic Mate, a platform connecting Arabic learners with native teachers from low-income communities. Shirene is a youth award winner and a passionate advocate for peace, education, and women’s empowerment.
