Vanity Fair Global Goals List
Achieving the Global Goals by 2030 will require heightened awareness of the SDG agenda and continued championing of those making substantial contributions. One Young World and Vanity Fair have created the Vanity Fair Global Goals List – honouring those leading the charge to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. The Global Goals List, published online and in the March edition of Vanity Fair, is entering its third year and features a combination of young leaders and global figures who are making a tangible difference on each of the 17 Goals. The inaugural series of portraits were unveiled at the National Gallery in London in March 2019.
SDG Project Tracker
One Young World Ambassadors are delivering impact in every single country and on all seventeen Sustainable Development Goals. One Young World’s Impact Team helps young leaders analyse and measure their impact and report it formally with a calculated Social Return on Investment, helping projects attract donors and support. Projects are catalogued on the One Young World Impact Page - the easy-to-navigate grid allows visitors to search for initiatives they would like to volunteer with, donate to or find our more about.

At One Young World 2016 Ottawa, actor and activist Emma Watson presented the Emma Watson Goal 5 Scholars for Gender Equality. Watson described the selection process unearthing "people from such disparate experiences and communities that I have found that I have something in common with," she said. "A community of artists, spiritual teachers, dreamers, thinkers, doers who work together and support each other. For the first time in my life I have found a sisterhood, a brotherhood, however you want to describe it, I have found my tribe." The nine recipients have gone on to grow their movements around the world and have received numerous accolades and awards.
