Former Chairman and CEO - Audi Group

Bram Schot is a Senior Advisor to the Carlyle Europe Partners team focused on European industrial strategies.

 

Mr Schot is the former Chairman and CEO of the Audi Group and former Member of Board of Management of the Volkswagen Group. Additionally, he was the Vice-Chairman of the Porsche Holding in Salzburg. Prior to that, Mr Schot was a member of the Management Board of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles where he was responsible for Global Marketing and Sales. Prior to Volkswagen, Mr Schot was President and CEO of Mercedes Benz Italia.

 

Mr Schot is currently a Member of the Board (non-exec) of Royal Dutch Shell, Professor of Practise at the Bocconi University, Member of the Advisory Boards of Tom Tom, Global Cleantec Capital, 4.screen, Vd Vlist Transport Group, VDL Groep, Fixico, Improved - Corporate Finance and SDA Bocconi's School of Management.

 

Mr Schot holds an MBA from Bradford University and has completed leadership and executive programs at Harvard Business School, the Wharton School and Insead Fontainebleau.
