Jan Rabe started his career with Siemens in 2001 at Siemens Management Consulting and was assigned on various business challenges working for different Siemens businesses in the US, Asia and Europe. Before being appointed Director of Sustainability in January 2015, he was acting as Strategy VP for the Wind Power Division of Siemens. Jan Rabe holds a diploma degree in Industrial Engineering from the University Karlsruhe (TH) / Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Mr. Rabe is married to his wife Tatjana and has two children.
