Pablo Perversi (1970) is the Chief Innovation, Sustainability & Quality Officer and Global Head of Gourmet. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Barry Callebaut AG effective September 1, 2017. In this role, he is responsible for driving innovation throughout the entire organization, for overseeing Barry Callebaut’s plan to make sustainable chocolate the norm (Forever Chocolate) and for ensuring all products meet the high quality standards which make Barry Callebaut the preferred outsourcing partner to the food industry.
Before joining Barry Callebaut, Pablo Perversi worked for Unilever in multiple roles and countries, his last position being Vice President Foods Europe.
Pablo Perversi studied Industrial Engineering and Economics at the University of Birmingham. Pablo Perversi also holds an accreditation from Cambridge University in Sustainable Leadership.
