Michael Tubbs is launching his book 'The Deeper The Roots'. This is a personal memoir and a book of his policy beliefs.
Tubbs is one of the youngest elected officials in the country. When as a senior at Stanford University, he ran and was elected for city council in Stockton. Four years later, Tabus, still 26, was elected Mayor of Stockton. He also launched a program for guaranteed income and college scholarships and advocated other systematic changes.

Funded by the European Union and supported by the Kofi Annan Foundation, the non-profit organization Kristiyano-Islam Peace Library, and the local government of Tagum City, the Grand Conference is the culminating activity of the Extremely Together Philippines-Panaghiusa (ET Philippines) program which aims to prevent violent extremism and promote peace through youth leadership in the Philippines.
Reaching over 150 youth representatives from diverse backgrounds in the physical conference, and nearly 1,000 more young leaders through Zoom and Facebook Live, the Panaghiusa Grand Conference featured stunning cultural performances from the Tagum-based Dilaab youth dance crew, presentations from members of ET Philippines from all over the Philippines, and expert discussions led by Kabataan party-list Rep. Ramiz has received a response to his Humanitarian Crisis in Afghanistan letter, which was addressed to the United Nations Secretary-General. Since the letter was sent on 31 August 2021, the UN Human Rights Council has adopted a resolution to create a Special Rappoteur on Afghanistan on 7 October 2021. The letter was written by Ramiz, Lika Torikashvili, (Former UN Youth Delegate of Georgia) and Iván Martínez (Former UN Youth Delegate of Mexico) and featured more than 100+ signatories & 19 organisation endorsements.
