Peter Bosch is Member of the Board for Manufacturing at Bentley Motors – maker of the world’s most sought-after luxury cars.  Bosch is personally and professionally driven to help transform the Automotive Industry into the next era: Electrification, digitisation, sustainability and customer centricity. He is passionate about creating the most attractive places to work for generations to come. Bosch joined Bentley in November 2017 from parent company Volkswagen, where he held the role of Head of Production Strategy, Processes and Structure. Until 2011, he led parts of Oliver Wyman’s Automotive management consulting business.

At Bentley, he has shaped the company’s industry-leading Beyond100 strategy, which will see this historic brand become the leader in sustainable luxury mobility within a decade.  Great progress has already been made; Bentley has accomplished one of the most successful turnarounds in the automotive industry, with record sales, record profits and a celebrated product offering. With its WINGS manufacturing system, Bentley became the benchmark in luxury car manufacturing and prepares the next breakthrough with its innovative Dream Factory Concept. By 2030, Bentley will become end-to-end carbon neutral, with factory operations climate positive.
