Najj is a Delegate Speaker for the 2015 Global Business Plenary Session. Through her work in youth organisations, she has been a part of wonderful projects that support change like river and coastal clean-ups, social entrepreneurship, turtle watching, social networking events and nature and wildlife conservation. In May 2014, she represented Brunei at the World Conference on Youth in Sri Lanka, together with other global representatives. She also attended the negotiations and round table meetings to produce the Colombo Declaration in light to the Post-2015 Agenda of United Nations. She has represented Brunei at a variety of youth conferences and programmes including the Regional Youth Caucus under the Commonwealth, ASEAN-India Student Exchange (2011), ASEAN Youth Volunteer Program (2013) the Young South East Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) and was a Student Ambassador for a sustainability project under a global sustainability organisation, Challenge Your World. In 2014, her team won the Seed for the Future and started the ASEAN Youth Ending Slavery project all over ASEAN.
