University Lecturer and Social Entrepreneur

Juan David is a university lecturer, speaker, and social entrepreneur working for youth employability, education, entrepreneurship, and technology in Latin America. He is the CEO and co-founder of ProTalento, a solution for individuals seeking intensive training and coaching to enter high-demand industries such as the bioeconomy, experience economy, and digital economy.

 

He studied Business Administration and received a Fulbright scholarship, which allowed him to pursue two master's degrees in the United States: one in International Affairs and another in Journalism, both from Columbia University.

 

He has received international recognition for his work, including being named one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 entrepreneurs who are changing the world. He was also selected as an Ashoka Fellow in the United States and recognized as one of the emerging leaders in education by WISE, a foundation based in Qatar. Additionally, he received the Princess of Girona International Award for his support of Latin American youth through training, education, technology, and entrepreneurship.
