Mariana Valle

Mariana dedicates her career in Communications to social and environmental impact initiatives. She has worked in the 3rd sector with digital marketing and content creation, and today she leads marketing and comms at Quintessa, an impact startups accelerator, promoting the themes of innovation, ESG, sustainability and social businesses for entrepreneurs and corporate leaders.


In 2019, she co-founded IYD Brasil, the main movement around International Youth Day in the world, which mobilizes and trains young leaders throughout Brazil. The organization has reached more than 600 thousand people in three years, partnering with the main youth organizations in Brazil, including the United Nations. Also, Mariana is part of many youth networks, as Youth Climate Leaders, Global Shapers (World Economic Forum) and Valuable Young Leaders.
