Julian Guerrero is the Vice President of Tourism, ProColombia. For several years he has been dedicated to tourism projects for the conservation of nature in Africa and Colombia, under the concept of Smart Experiential Travel.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the government sector, as a diplomat, international civil servant and consultant. He served as Private Secretary of the Presidency of the Republic and Secretary of the Council of Ministers, among other positions in that entity, Vice President of Proexport, Minister Counselor of the Embassy of Colombia in the Netherlands and Special Advisor to the Deputy Director of the Organization for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. He has been a professor at the Faculties of Law, Political Science and International Relations at the Universidad Javeriana and has authored publications on transitional justice, migration and the fight against poaching of animals, among other topics.
