Robert G. Ashe is the former President and CEO of Cognos until IBM acquired the company in 2007 for $4.9B, IBM’s largest software acquisition to date. Mr. Ashe is a director of ServiceSource International, Inc., MSCI Inc., Halogen Software Inc., Shopify and an advisor to Georgian Partners and Mistral Venture Funds.
He has been a Member of Technology Advisory Board of Bridge Growth Partners LLC. He holds Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from University of Ottawa and an Honourary Doctorate.
