#OYW2018: the local organisations making the Summit possible

The One Young World 2018 Summit in The Hague is the organisation’s biggest yet, with 1800+ delegates attending from 190+ countries. Hosting an event of this scale would not be possible without the support of local organisations - venues to host ceremonies and dinners, companies to supply food and drinks, and organisations to help inspire and invigorate delegates.

From The Peace Palace to The Pier, find out more about some of the key venues and organisations that are helping to make the One Young World 2018 Summit bigger and better than ever before:

The World Forum

The World Forum is a concert venue and convention centre in the centre of The Hague, and is the main venue for the Summit. It’s the largest auditorium in The Netherlands, with 2,161 seats!

City Hall

The Hague City Hall will host dinner for delegates after the Opening Ceremony. Located in the centre of the city, the striking white building has the largest atrium in The Netherlands. It is nicknamed “the Ice Palace” (IJspaleis in Dutch) by locals because of its white colour.
