Compass is the premier investor-readiness accelerator program for Women of Colour entrepreneurs in Europe, helping them to navigate negotiations and pitches where they might be facing bias.
✨Open to early-stage Women of Color (WoC) who are leading tech or tech-enabled startups.
✨Eligible candidates should be planning to seek angel or venture capital funding within the next 6 to 12 months.
✨Candidates should also be prepared to join the 6-week online program starting February 12th, finishing with a live Demo Day on March 15th in Berlin. Participants must be able to attend this in-person Demo Day in Berlin.

🧭 The training hones your skills so that you can ace that next pitch or fundraise.
🧭 We offer weekly cohort and 1:1 online meetings, expert pitch practice sessions, role-playing with investors, and negotiation skills workshops.
🧭 Includes access to investor and industry sector research, as well as a dedicated Slack channel where you can connect with fellow entrepreneurs and access valuable opportunities.
